- Hi! My name is Rich and I live in the Desert Southwest. I’ve been here since March of 2004, and believe me when I say that it has been a love/hate relationship since my arrival. Some days I love it, and other days, I hate it. I hope to share my cycling world with you, along with some of the amazing things I see everyday, and some of the not so amazing things I see. I will also share other cycling and fitness items with you such as book reviews, cycling news, fitness tips, and more. I’ve also been on a fitness craze for almost a year now. So far, I'm down 30 pounds with at least another 30 to go. I've used a combination of P90X, Cycling, and Running to get there. So, ride along with me on my journey. Besides cycling, I love fishing, camping, hiking, reading, and playing music on one of my guitars, or ukuleles! I typically ride about 100 miles a week and I am privileged to be able to enjoy some of the most beautiful scenery in the United States.
